Mino Habib is a renowned restaurateur and legacy NYC hospitality operator with over 30 years of distinguished experience, shaping some of the industry's most celebrated venues. As the owner and operator of MVMH Hospitality, he has built an empire of beloved concepts, including Veranda, The Attic, Delilahs; most recently Loulou Petit Bistro, a French brasserie in Chelsea; Speak Softly, Adelaide's Salon, an immersive speakeasy experience; La Petite Village, Barchef and Bistro 29 at ACE Hotel. His deep understanding of market trends, operational excellence, and guest experience has made MVMH Hospitality a powerhouse in the luxury F&B space.

His strategic leadership helped turn a profit within the first six months, generating $5 million in its first year of Susie Wong's, solidifying it as a destination for A-list celebrities like George Clooney, Paris Hilton, and David Beckham. His ability to cultivate an elite clientele and create venues that thrive beyond trends has been a hallmark of his success.

Expanding his expertise, Mino served as the F&B Director for Highgate Luxury Hotels. In this role, he led multi-million-dollar dining and beverage operations, implemented revenue-generating strategies, and elevated guest experiences across some of the city's most prestigious hospitality properties. His leadership at Highgate reinforced his ability to scale luxury hospitality experiences while maintaining exceptional brand integrity.

Throughout his career, Mino has been a key market maker in NYC's nightlife and dining scene, playing pivotal roles in the success of legendary venues. His unmatched ability to merge visionary concepts with operational excellence has positioned him as one of the most influential figures in hospitality today. Under his leadership, MVMH Hospitality continues to redefine luxury dining, nightlife, and social experiences, both in New York and on a global scale.

Owner & Operator

Mathias Van Leyden is a veteran hospitality operator with more than 25 years of experience across France and the United States. As Co-Founder and Owner/Operator of MVMH Hospitality, he oversees day-to-day execution, service standards, and operational discipline across a portfolio that includes LouLou Petit Bistro, Speak Softly, Adelaide's Salon, Le Petit Village, and Bistro 29 at Ace Hotel NoMad. His focus on consistent guest experience, rigorous controls, and team development has helped position MVMH among New York's most reliable operators in the luxury F&B space.

Mathias began his career behind the bar before moving into leadership roles at high-profile venues. He served as General Manager at LOT 61, HIRO, and AER Lounge—landmarks of New York's nightlife—then led premier dining rooms at CIPRIANI Downtown and BEAUTIQUE. Across these roles he built a reputation for calm, on-floor leadership; precise service calibration; and strong industry relationships that support bookings, partnerships, and event execution.

Anna Vagner

Anna Vagner

Corporate Director Events & Customer Relations

Anna Vagner is an accomplished hospitality and events professional with a career built on a lifelong passion for food and memorable dining experiences. She began her journey in high school while waiting tables and learning the fundamentals of service. While attending college in Manhattan, Anna discovered the world of event planning and developed a deep appreciation for the intersection of cuisine and guest experience.

After graduation, she launched her career as an events coordinator for a family-owned restaurant in Midtown, quickly earning a reputation for efficiency and flawless execution. Through the past thirteen years, Anna has established her reputation in the industry through collaborations with celebrity chefs, working with a wide range of clientele and cultivating lasting partnerships with leading institutions including JPMorgan Chase, Bloomberg, and Google, driving repeat business and brand loyalty.

Her breadth of experience spans intimate gatherings to large-scale productions, from iconic venues like The Plaza Hotel to dynamic multi-unit restaurant groups, such as MVMH. With a comprehensive perspective on the industry and a commitment to excellence, Anna continues to craft extraordinary events that bring people together and leave a lasting impression.

Nicolas Santos Bragg

Nicolas Santos Bragg

Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer

Nicolas Santos operates at the intersection of marketing, user experience, and technology. As Chief Marketing Officer at MVMH Hospitality, he oversees the creative and performance-driven marketing efforts across the group's diverse portfolio, helping shape venues that resonate both emotionally and commercially.

Nicolas brings over a decade of experience across luxury hospitality and retail, having led marketing initiatives for high-profile restaurant groups, nightlife institutions, and celebrity-led brands including global football icon Paul Pogba. He played a key role in the hypergrowth of luxury fashion house Anatomie, scaling the brand from $4.8M to over $68M in just three years. His work blends high-performance digital strategy with immersive brand storytelling, positioning venues as not just destinations, but cultural touchpoints.

An entrepreneur from an early age, Nicolas sold his first software company to the Mexican government at 24, providing security and connectivity infrastructure for public transportation systems throughout Latin America. He holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Florida International University and is Six Sigma certified in process improvement. In addition to his leadership in hospitality and brand growth, Nicolas brings deep expertise in AI and marketing automation—skills he applies to drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term value across MVMH's operations.

Shehab Elkolaly

Shehab Elkolaly

Chief Financial Officer

Shehab serves as Chief Financial Officer at MVMH Hospitality, where he oversees all financials across the group's locations and partners with operations to keep each venue on plan. He grew up in hospitality and has led multi-venue hotel and restaurant operations in Manhattan with a hands-on focus on guest experience, tight cost control, and clear planning.

Earlier in his career, he built a rigorous finance foundation as a Senior Financial Accountant in investment and real estate development in Dubai and as a Financial Accountant at S.B. Technic Maintenance Co. That background anchors his approach to P&L ownership, labor and COGS management, vendor relations, and budgeting. In New York, he has managed restaurant group operations, driving training, SOPs, and cross-concept budgeting.

Shehab is trained on Leading Hotels of the World standards and has completed PMP coursework to strengthen project planning and cross-functional execution. He works comfortably in English, Spanish, and Arabic and leads with straightforward communication, fair process, and consistent results.
